Cloud fluffy cake

Cloud fluffy cake is a really look like a fluffy cloud cake. Not a lot of ingredients I can tell you that the meat is super soft, fluffy, chewing, melting in your mouth You can add colors as you like.

Ingredients

• 3 egg whites
• 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
• 12 grams of corn starch
• 40 grams sugar
• Yellow food coloring or any color of your choice

     1. Beat the egg whites until they form a coarse foam. Add the cream of tartar and beat until fluffy, add the cornstarch, beat until combine.
     2. Gradually add the granulated sugar. Beat until soft peaks formed. Add food coloring to it. Choose the color you like.
     3. Spoon onto a smoothing pan and bake at 150 degrees Celsius. Use top-bottom heat for about 40 minutes.
