Healthy Sweet Potato Baked

     Healthy Sweet Potato Baked this afternoon, a recipe from us. Bake the yam until tender and scrape off the flesh, leaving the skin on. Stir-fried with spinach and chickpeas. After that put the sweet potato puree in the peel and sprinkle with cheese and bake until the cheese melts.

Ingredients Roasted Sweet Potatoes     

4 sweet potatoes (about 500 g)
      1 tbsp salted butter
      1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
      1 cup coarsely chopped spinach sprouts

150 g sour cream

2 tbsp cream cheese
      1 cup chickpeas (soak in water for 6-8 hours, then boil before using)
      1 tsp coarsely ground salt
      1/4 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
      grated mozzarella for sprinkling UFABET

How to Potato Baked?

     1. Wash sweet potatoes and wrap them in aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45-60 minutes or until sweet potato is tender. Then cut it in half lengthwise. Set aside to cool. Then scrape off the sweet potato flesh. Keep the peel.
     2. Mix the grated sweet potato pulp with the sour cream and cream cheese.
     3. Set the pan over medium heat. Put fresh butter into it, just enough to melt. Add shallots and stir until fragrant. Add spinach and stir until cooked. And Add the creamy yam mixture to it. followed by chickpeas Stir well. Season with salt and ground black pepper. Set aside
     . Sprinkle mozzarella all over. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-15 minutes or until cheese melts. take out from the oven Serve hot
