Füllkrug is Frankfurt’s new striker option.

Eintracht Frankfurt have named West Ham striker Niklas Füllkrug as an option should the club let Omar Marmoush leave.

Reports continue to emerge that Manchester City have agreed personal terms with Marmoush, with only a deal between the clubs now remaining.

Ufabet Sport Germany has revealed that Frankfurt have made a list of players should the club agree to sell Marmoush to City, with Füllkrug among those being considered.

Marmoush has reach a full verbal agreement with Manchester City and the Egyptian wants the move immediately with the first offer being expect to arrive by this weekend.

Other potential winter candidates to replace Marmoush include Mainz’s Jonathan Burkardt, Rennes forward Arnaud Kalimuendo, and another unnamed striker.

The 31-year-old will also remain on Frankfurt’s radar for the summer if a deal is unable to be complete this month.

Füllkrug decided to move to West Ham last summer but has only managed to make 10 appearances, leading to speculation linking him with a move to Stamford Bridge.

Therefore, it is up to Frankfurt to decide what to do next. In addition to Füllkrug, there are also the names of Jonathan Burkardt and Arnaud Kalimuendo, as well as other players that the Red and Black Eagles are interest in.

It is also important to watch the 31-year-old striker’s attitude to see if he is ready to continue to fight for a position at the London Stadium. West Ham have just changed their manager to Graham Potter.
