- 160 g dark chocolate
- cream 75 g
- egg yolk 30 g
- 100 grams of egg whites

How to make?
- Put the chocolate in a bowl. Put on fire over boiling water. Warm the chocolate to melt.

- Add the egg yolks to the chocolate and whisk to combine.
